Happy Thanksgiving

From Equine Guidance®!

Hello All!

I’m thrilled to be back again with you after a short time away!

I hope my email finds you well, happy, thriving, and vibrant!

My focus between Equine GuidanceĀ® Experiences has been on expanding my practice to include my licensing for Telehealth Counseling in Arizona & now in Connecticut for trauma-informed care, and I’m a Board Certified Coach nationwide, both with a trauma-informed foundation. And for all the things in between that appear as blocks to your success! I’ll share more with you soon!

We’re in the season of Gratitude and forgiveness with USA Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I want to remind you that when we feel gratitude, we cannot feel anxiety, pain, anger, frustration, etc.

It is knowing that these negative feelings can be uncomfortable, emotions also offer important guidance like what is this feeling trying to tell me? What wants to change? What wants to be known?

Focusing on gratitude and forgiveness can support us, not just now and during the ā€œseason,ā€ but becoming single-minded about feeling, expressing, and sharing gratitude regularly, which is so healing for us and those around us. And it’s contagious!

Writing out our Gratitude Statements is very healing and I would love to hear from you about what you’re most grateful for here!

We are sending you best wishes for a beautiful Holiday weekend!

With kindness always,

Belle, Salsa, Penny, and Mimi too!

A Book I Recommend!

Journey to the Heart: Daily Meditations on the Path to Freeing Your Soul

On the topic of Gratitude, I wholeheartedly recommend Melody Beattie’s work. You’ll find this heartwarming book to be a beautiful way to start and end your day. It’s also an excellent companion to journaling, a powerful way to align with your highest self!

I have a friend who has not missed one day of journaling since the early 1970s! She’s among the wisest people I know because she works things out every morning and evening as her thoughts move from her heart and mind through her hand onto the page. There’s something magical that happens during that process!

Do you journal? How has it helped you? What does the exercise itself do for you? I’d love to know about your experience – please email me here!

My Gratitude for the

Equine Guidance Herd!

My Gratitude for Salsa, Mimi, and Penny ~ American Bashkir Curly Horses!

Mimi, Salsa, and Penny are American Bashkir Curly Horses – 3 of approximately 5,000 in the world. They are known for their curly coats and manes and are hypoallergenic for most people.

“The Curly Horse, also known as the American Bashkir Curly, North American Curly Horse, and American Curly Horse, possesses not just beauty but brains, athleticism, and a people-loving personality that makes the breed a great partner for a variety of equine endeavors.

Curlies have a temperament that many aficionados describe as smart, brave, and steady. In potentially dangerous situations, Curly Horses seem to reason instead of panic and stop instead of running or fighting.” (Kara L. Stewart, Horse Illustrated Magazine).

I am grateful to and for my herd as they guide our friends and clients through life-transforming experiences daily!

Please take a moment to watch this fun compilation of reels from Instagram & touching moments with the herd! Breathe! šŸ‘‡ šŸ‘‡ šŸ‘‡ Please give us a šŸ‘

And, like all humans on the planet, I had to heal to make my life a reality too!

We all have dings, scratches, and dents that sit like shadows and triggers in our neurobiology. They begin in the womb and continue just through living. And if left unresolved, they serve as blocks to enjoying and thriving in the life we most desire.

I am most grateful to be sharing this with you now.

I’m sure you’ll find gems here that will serve you. continue reading.
