I am so grateful for these 4-legged healers/shamans and their ability to shed light and shape-shift our lives toward our most significant potential. Yes, I am so thankful to be part of the horse’s contribution to humanity as they guide us into the best aspects of life, like gratitude itself.
I think of gratitude as seeing the gifts in all of our experiences. Manure piles are stinky piles of feces, OR they are the fertilizer to grow flowers! I am so grateful for Mimi, Penny, and Salsa and their desire to help people learn to tolerate more significant levels of personal greatness, The ability to step into personal excellence is a learning curve like anything else.
From the documentary film, Happy, 25 years of research from people and cultures worldwide proves that happiness is created from relationships with friends and family, helping others, and attaining goals.
No wonder my herd is so happy! Their goal is to help others have harmony within their relationships with themselves and the world. Now that’s gratitude. I am so amazed at the herd’s uncanny ability to provide the right and perfect experience for each person who comes here. Knowing compassion, enjoying the outdoors, and being in a coherent flow is a horse’s inherent nature. We learn immense personal freedom from the herd!

I have seen horses heal the unpleasant experiences of life within one session, time and again. Sometimes, what can take a year in talk therapy gets shifted in moments at Equine Guidance®.
I am so grateful for these sentient beings and their role in helping people heal and grow into their divine greatness. The benefits are extraordinary for humans when a horse’s gift or message is experienced to its fullest.

There was no way for her to connect when her dominant pattern was too much energy, too fast. This intense, high-energy worked in her career and even in high powered female friendships.
