Greetings from the Herd!

In each 3-hour experience of Equine Guidance®, clients are respected with trauma-informed practices as they interact with Belle and the horses. Riding the horses is not included in the experience; clients meet them—and themselves—with boots and hooves on the ground. Belle offers a 1-hour follow-up conversation, included with your experience, within 30 days after the session.

Horses are powerful teachers that give gentle and accurate guidance in your life through intentional interaction. This is an opportunity to listen to a language older than words where you’ll uncover and balance the energy in your nervous system. By shifting worn-out emotional states, you will gain new insights to carry beyond the barn, arena, and Sedona.
